Great Inagua
We didn’t stay very long on this island, but rather used it as a stepping stone to secure our “Zarpe” and wait for weather for the crossing to Jamaica. Customs in Georgetown, Great Exhumas doesn’t like to provide the Bahamas exit document since other Bahamaian islands are North and South of it, but it’s required by other countries including Jamaica.Uneventful Crossing to Jamaica
We had just arrived in Port Antonio, Jamaica. 240 mi over 2 days non-stop. We motorsailed most of the way, and didn’t catch any fish! Anastasia and Daniel are still with us, and will fly to Trinidad to join another ship to continue on their great adventure towards Cape Horn.Interested in my debut novel?
